The Champion Lakes Subdivision consists of approximately 92 residences. It is situated in Rowlett, TX with quick access to both I-30 and President George Bush Turnpike. The entrance to the subdivision is located near the 8200 block of Dalrock Road. It is a great place to live with a bunch of great people as residents and friends.
