Thank you for visiting Champion Lakes HOA. We hope this website will make it easy for you to access the information you are looking for. We are working to ensure the site is maintained up-to-date, so that all residents are abreast of what is going on in the community.
Champion Lakes Subdivision is located in the Northeast corner of Rowlett, TX. We are at the edge of Lake Ray Hubbard, with easy access to I-30 to the south of us, and President George Bush Turnpike to the west. Nearby schools include Keeley Elementary School, Vernon Schrade Middle School and Rowlett High School. The community is surrounded by Mayor's Park, which has five undeveloped acres with lots of Pecan Trees.
Meet the Board
Judy Liles was elected at the Annual Meeting/ Election in April 2021. John Hering was elected and Tania Ware was reelected at the Annual Meeting/ Election in November 2020.
Following the Annual Meeting John Hering was elected president, Tania Ware was elected Secretary, and Judy Liles was elected Treasurer at the Board Organizational Meeting.
