Discussion regarding the “management” of GoodLease. It was noted that their role would be to enforce the CL HOA Covenants, Bylaws and Amendments without taking on the role of “managing the rentals” as a management company would.
- The motion passed with a majority vote of the homeowners without any objection votes.
- Presentation of the Resolution for adoption (Attachment 1)
- Republic Trash – complaints about the trash pick up. It was noted that trash is being picked up the 3 rd week of the month. It was suggested that we post a sign in the entrance when “bulk trash week” is happening. Be sure the trash can is closed, and no trash next to the bin will be picked up manually
- Election of directors
